We’re still on vacation and actually temperatures are very high .. this has been a great summer …and after the great success the recipe 2 Ingredients Ice Cream. I decided to try with blue and crushed crackers
How about some Cookie Monster Ice Cream! What a fun and easy treat for the kiddos! This reminds me of blue moon ice cream when I was little!! This would also be a great idea if your throwing a Cookie Monster Party!
Cookie Monster Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 20 chocolate cookies
- 15 cookies wafers
- blue food coloring gel (1/2 tsp or more until desired color)
Instructions
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks from.
Add sweetened condensed milk and food coloring until all blue.
Add more food coloring if needed.
Break up the cookies and fold them all in,
Spread into a loaf pan.
Add some more cookies on top and freeze at least 4 hours.
